Refund & Exchange (not applicable to Plants)

We have a 7 days Refund & Exchange policy for all Retail Priced Products. The product must be intact and unused. A receipt must be presented.

We may refuse a Refund & Exchange if the product is not in the original condition when sold.

In case of misuse of product (eg. mismatch pot & plant. invasive root cause crack or fracture), we may also refuse a Refund & Exchange.

Product on Sale

All products that are on sale regardless of condition will not be covered under our Refund & Exchange Policies. Please choose carefully before purchasing sale items.
